Terms & conditions
Please read these before booking. By booking an appointment you agree to them.
1. Services
The Recovery Room provides sports massage and soft tissue therapy for muscle relaxation, pain relief, recovery and athletic performance.
Our treatments are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have concerns about your health, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional before booking.
2. Booking
Appointments can be booked by WhatsApp, phone, email or social media message. All appointments are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee specific time slots.
If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged.
3. Fees and payment
Prices are shown on our website or confirmed when you book. Payment can be made by cash or card. Block bookings are paid in advance.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these terms.
4. Conduct
Clients must behave respectfully towards the therapist and other clients. Inappropriate behaviour of any kind, including harassment, aggression or sexual misconduct, will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse or end a session immediately.
Everything you tell us during a session is treated in confidence.
5. Health and safety
Please tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, medication or allergies before your session, and let us know of any changes before each appointment.
If you are unwell or have a contagious condition, such as a fever or an infectious skin condition, please let us know. We may not be able to treat you until it has cleared.
6. Liability
Our therapist is fully trained; however, we cannot be held responsible for adverse effects resulting from treatment where relevant health information was not disclosed. We are not liable for loss of, damage to or theft of personal belongings during your visit.
