What we collect

This website does not store any personal information. The booking request form simply prepares a message in WhatsApp or your email app; nothing is sent until you press send yourself, and it goes straight to us.

When you book or contact us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email, and information about your health, injuries and training that is needed to treat you safely.

How we use it

We use your details only to arrange and deliver your treatment, keep appropriate treatment records and contact you about your appointments. We never sell or share your information for marketing.

Health information is special category data. We process it to provide your treatment, with your consent, and keep it confidential and secure.

How long we keep it

We keep treatment records for as long as needed to care for you and to meet professional and insurance requirements, then delete them securely.

Cookies and third parties

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads. Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing ben@therecovery-room.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
